Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly and sometimes, customers need to cancel or modify their reservations at our wine and cocktail bar. In such cases, we kindly ask our customers to provide us with sufficient notice so that we can accommodate other guests.

For all reservations, we require a credit card to secure the booking. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged to the credit card on file. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our guests.

We understand that some circumstances are beyond your control, such as extreme weather conditions, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions. In such cases, we will waive the cancellation fee upon receiving proof of the circumstances.
